What is the difference between personal styling and the styled cart?

Personal Styling. This service takes place in store with a stylist who works with you to curate a wardrobe you will love. They walk with you through the whole process determining the correct fit and outfit combinations as you try on all of the styles our brick and mortar store has to offer. The service is free, however we do not discount this service due to the nature of the one on one stylist provided to you.

Virtual Styling. Similar to personal styling as one of or stylists pre-pull styles before your appointment and coordinate outfits for you. On your virtual styling appointment we will discuss the styles we pulled and how to style them. This service is free however the product is not discounted.

Styled Cart. You will fill out a quick & easy style profile. Based on the information from your profile we will choose 6-7 styles we think you will love. Those styles will include complete outfits unless you state otherwise. Including tops, bottoms and accessories to complete your look. We will send the finished cart to your email. All you have to do is review and check out. If you love everything you will receive 20% off your entire purchase. If you want to remove styles you can simply reply back to the email and request items to be removed from your cart. Once items are removed the 20% discount will no longer apply. However the service is still free and the order will ship free over $65.

What if I want to return items from my styled cart once I receive it?

All items from the styled cart will be eligible for our regular return policy of store credit with in 14 days, however if your purchase received the full cart discount and you return any of the items the rest of the purchase will revert to full price. If an item needs to be exchanged for size or color in the same item you will be able to keep the discount on the full purchase.

Our store credit never expires and can be applied in store as well as online. We receive new merchandise every week.
